T V Harikrishnan & Associates known as TVHK is a firm of Chartered Accountants was established in the year 1997 headquartered at Haripad with branches at Thiruvananthapuram and Mannar. Presently having partners varying experience and vibrancy.

Managing Partner
He is the founder partner of the firm and has the experience of over 30 years as Chartered Accountant. The firm lends its name to him and has run the firm as his sole leadership for 24 years. He has diverse experience in different domains such as manufacturing, banking, service, trading, import-export, finance, non-profitable organisations, pharmaceuticals. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds certification on concurrent audits. He is managing the Head office at Haripad.
He is currently specialized in Direct Taxes, NPO compliance, Business Consultancy. He holds experience of undertaking Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Project Consultancy, Concurrent Audits, Tax Representations.
CA Jacob P Jabbu Koshy, FCA
Senior Partner
He was associated with firm from its inception and has more than 30 years of banking experience. He has previously employed with State Bank of India and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait. He is involved in the establishment of firm and formally joined the firm on his retirement from banking sector. He has a vide experience in banking sector and is presently handling Internal Audit division of firm. He is also managing the Thiruvananthapuram branch of the firm. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). His area of expertise includes International Corporate Environment, International Financial Reporting Standards, Banking Practices.
CA Rohith Krishnan H, FCA
Partner
He is associated as partner of firm since 2021. He is in-charge of Mannar branch of the firm. He has the experience of working with various software environments such as SAP, Oracle, Tally etc. Holds Post Qualification Diploma in Information System Audit and is well equipped with use of Excel and other tech tools. He holds certification in Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) and Artificial Intelligence and holds Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFRS).
His area of expertise includes Goods and Service Taxes, Corporate Laws, Business Process and Transaction Advisory, Business and Start up Consultancy, Business Transformation Services. He has led the audit team for statutory and internal audits of airports, electricity companies, banks, manufacturing concerns, software companies, finance companies, service concerns and trading concerns.
CA Rithik Krishnan Harikrishnan, ACA
Partner
He is a young and dynamic person associated with firm since 2025. His area of expertise includes banking, manufacturing, service, finance and trading. He holds certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cleared CA at a young age.
He is leading the concurrent audit and Internal department of the firm. He has good knowledge in technical tools like Excel, Python, Power Platforms. His expertise includes Business process setting, Business Transformation Services, ERP implementation.
